The recipe is in this book. If you mail me your address, I will send you a complimentary cook book. The recipe for Sausage Gravy is in the book on page 72. For now.
1 lb Pork Sausage
2 Tablespoons of Butter
4 Tablespoons of Flour
2 Cups Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste.

I have finally worn out the printed page so I need another copy! This recipe is so classic & simple … I make this several times a year – Thanksgiving & Christmas mornings … morning of hurricane … and any other time I sense we need to gather & be comforted. Easy to double or triple the batch – which you want to do so there is plenty to share. And now, I’ll be handing out copies of this recipe to friends & family so they can also share the pleasure of a good old fashioned breakfast!
